The Coot Hill Family Historical Preservation Society has by no means come to the end of its archival material relating to early Zdrojewskis in Buffalo. Here are a couple of formal portraits, frame size 10" by 13 1/2".
The covers fold around to make stands. Let's go down for a closer look.
Our second couple has come out of a different movie, but from the same era.

Were these friends of John Peter and Julia Zdrojewski?
Or did JPZ ever work at a photographic studio, or buy photographic supplies from a shop that gave out extras to customers, as samples?

I am very fond of these obviously real people. Real 1920s people, also: check out the silk stockings, drapy dress, minimalist hairbow, scary lips; and on the gentleman the Valentino hair, brogues, and silk top hat. All good. I hope they had many years of happiness. Or at least drama.

Wow - ancestry.com "Kmiec" is confident of answers! Kmiec is a farmer who owns his own land. Excellent. This one owns his own photography studio.
I love the way these two gaze lovingly at the lilies of the bridal bouquet. Is this intended to hint of their hopes of someday gazing down lovingly at an infant? Maybe they are amused at the manipulations of the photographer . . . maybe she just whispered to her man out of the side of her mouth, "Do Not Laugh." And maybe he just whispered back, "We Are Leaving Within Ten Minutes And Going For A Drink." Na zdrowie, dears.
Think she might be Clara Bow? visiting Buffalo to get married in between films?
I'm so glad these people are out of their carton and into the family. They're ours now.
Julie
